Q1. What is your term of packing?
A: Generally,we pack our goods in steel frame and strong carton boxes. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your term of payment?
A: 30%deposit by T/T after order confirmed to start production and 70%balanced before delivery date toarrange the shipment. We will show you the photos of the bulk products and packages before you arrange the balanced payment.
Q3. What is your term of delivery?
A: Usually we prefer to quote you the price at EXW or FOB SHANGHAI.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Usually it takes 30days after order confirmed and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? 
A: Yes,we can produce as your samples or technical drawings. We can build the models and fixtures as request.
Q6. What is your sample policy? 
A: We can supply the sample if have ready parts in stock,but the sample cost and the courier cost should be on your account.
